Housing for Youth & FamiliesUrban Not Average Work Force Program provides students and young adults the opportunity to gain work experience that they can add to their resume. Through this program, students will build the knowledge, skills and self-confidence to be successful in the workplace, and in life. Young adults will grow and add to their resume and professional work history, as well as make new professional connections.

To enable sustainable development within the community, California Center for Nonprofit Initiatives (CCFEI) partners with local leaders who are in the start-up phase of creating movements within their own communities. Urban Not Average partners with these organizations to provide strategic planning resources, fiscal sponsorship for active fundraising and legal planning to such organizations.
